- How fast do orders ship?
- In-stock cards average a 1-day ship time — most orders leave the studio the next business day after purchase. Custom commissions ship once the build is approved and finished.
- Does “fan-made” mean cheap?
- No. Every card is printed on premium 300–350gsm collector-grade stock with a foil or holo layer, then trimmed and finished by hand. The weight, snap, and shine are built to sit next to the best cards in your binder — not to look like a home printout.
- What finishes do you offer?
- Rainbow holo, prism, silver shatter, textured foil, and gold metal-edge frames depending on the drop. Each listing names the exact finish used.
- How are cards packaged?
- Sleeved, in a toploader or semi-rigid, taped and padded inside a rigid mailer. Larger orders ship in a bubble-lined box.
- How should I care for my cards?
- Keep them sleeved and out of direct sunlight, store between 60–75°F away from humidity, and handle by the edges. For display, use a UV-protective stand or frame — foil surfaces can fade under constant bright light.
- Are these official or tournament legal?
- No. These are original fan-art collectibles for display and personal collections only, with no affiliation to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, with tracked international shipping. Transit times vary by destination and customs.
- What if my card arrives damaged?
- Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or reprint it. Collector-grade means we stand behind the condition it arrives in.
